How to submit a resume for our database?

1. Download the profile questionnaire
2. Fill it out
3. If you are a Quality/LEAN, Six Sigma/LEAN, or Regulatory Affairs professional, download and complete the appropriate form::

   Regulatory Affairs
4. Send it, along with you MSWord resume to QualityEngineerJobs@att.net
